Adelphi's Telephone Interpretation Service provides 24 hour access, 7 days a week. We are able to provide Interpretation in over 150 languages.
All our interpreters are qualified, experienced mother tongue interpreters fully tested by us. They are specifically practiced in Interpretation over the telephone. Your communications are secure and confidential. All our interpreters are bound by our Non-Disclosure Agreement.
We can also arrange cost plans tailored to your specific needs. Low volume users can benefit from our pay as you go rates whereas high volume users can benefit from savings made on contract.

How to use this Service |
Dial 0114 299 42299 (or 001 540 866 9030 if dialing from outside the UK) Enter your assigned Account Number followed by the # key. Dial ‘ 0 ’ at any time after entering your access code to speak with a Customer Care Representative . Once the interpreter comes on the line, introduce yourself, state the purpose of your call , and instruct the interpreter to proceed. Although Adelphi Translations Ltd. has prompts that will guide you , you do not need to wait - you may enter the language request code at any time.
