This tool is useful for short phrases and to get the 'gist' of text. However, we'd like offer the following advice:
Machine translation is not accurate and can give some unexpected results, sometime with hilarious consequences. Here are some entertaining examples of machine translation gone wrong .

"Jim is a Vietnam vet" became "Jim is a veterinarian from Vietnam"
"We have a zero-tolerance policy for sexual harassment" became "We hold the highest standards for sexual harassment."
"Never jump straight out of a window; lower yourself on to cushions etc." became "Never jump out of a window straight. Put yourself on a donkey and come down." (The Urdu words for cushion and donkey are very similar).

So the motto is ...... never rely on machine translation for texts that other people will need to understand or that will be published. Only human translation can produce an accurate rendition.
