Adelphi can produce Braille documents in English and other languages which have a version of the Braille system. Braille is a system of raised dots, representing letters or sounds, which can be impressed on paper. Below is the English Braille Alphabet. 
Many foreign languages have Braille systems. Even those which do not use an alphabetic system of writing, such as Japanese and Chinese have versions of Braille.
