Adelphi have been producing internal staff questionnaires for Tesco for the past 5 years. Every year Tesco have updates to existing languages and new languages are sometimes required.

We produced “Transport Plus”, a multi-language information booklet for G4S, in ten languages plus English. This explains the rights and restrictions for detainees in transit.

Adelphi has produced a series of documents for local police forces, aimed at personal safety in numerous languages. The example below is a brochure for Leicestershire Constabulary in Somali. Adelphi translations have also worked for the fire and ambulance services.

Solicitors: translation, typesetting, voice-overs and transcription of legal materials
Adelphi work for many solicitors all over the UK, either for publications, such as the example shown below in Polish, which promotes their services in personal injury, or for the certification of translated legal documents for court. Adelphi also offer a transcription service that involves listening to tapes and transcribing them for translation into English.

The projects have included “TB Alert” in19 languages: Albanian, Bengali, Farsi, French, Greek, Gujarati, Italian, Polish, Portuguese, Punjabi, Romanian, Somali, Kurdish Sorani, Spanish, Tamil, Turkish, Urdu and Vietnamese.
We are currently producing brochures in 5 languages for the NHS, promoting breast-feeding.
